DUTIES:
• Fully support the General Office Admin Works which include but not limit to office equipment's maintenance, keep stationary stock, license update,
especially take part in office or shop’s renovation and decoration projects and etc;
• Communicate with different parties (e.g. Internal Office staff & department heads or External services providers such as Design House, Decoration Company and etc.) for different tanks or projects;
• Ensure the smoothness of the daily office works both Head Office & Shops;
• Visit & monitor the new offices & shops in different working stages and ensure each renovation and decoration projects can successful completed before the deadline.

Requirements:
• Diploma or above;
• At least 3 years Administration experience which include office & shop’s renovation or decoration projects...
